Consequences of Underage Use
Any account determined, at any point, to be held by or used by a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. All deposits made by or on behalf of an underage user will be returned to the originating payment method, net of any withdrawals already processed. Any winnings accumulated during underage use will be forfeited in their entirety. 44ok cooperates fully with any regulatory or law enforcement inquiry relating to underage gambling activity.

Withdrawal Terms

Prohibited Conduct in Games and Betting
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 44ok platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable referral to relevant authorities:
- Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets or interact with casino games.
- Collusion with other players to influence the outcome of any casino game, particularly in live dealer poker or multiplayer formats.
- Exploitation of known software bugs or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

In the event of a connection interruption during an active game round, the outcome will be determined by the game server record. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a platform-side technical failure, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
